Awwww hell no. Are they hotlinking the image or did they just copy any paste? If they're hotlinking I hope you replace it with something good.
I don't know if it's hotlinked. They'd have to have taken it out of Flickr, so it's in violation of the CC license. Not too interested in fighting over it, though.
