Evolution is my new favorite wine. My roommate and her ladyfriend shared some with me. Delish. :9 Not too sweet. Not too dry. Also, not expensive, but not too cheap.

Why's it gotta be a white wine...?

The website does not list retail outlets for Minnesota, but it's definitely available at Cost Plus World Market. I'm also told it's available at several liquor stores around town, but I can't get more specific than "on Louisiana in St. Louis Park" as an example.
