Although she might be hesitant to say it, one thing I know for sure about Erica is that she is a lover of moist muffins.

1 package spice cake mix
3/4 cup H2O
15 oz can of pumpkin

Muffinate & bake about 5-10 minutes longer than the cupcake directions on the box.

What did you think I meant? Sheesh.
