Department of Peace

Stumbled across some info on HR 2459 to establish a Department of Peace. I just skimmed the text of the bill, but the concept is very interesting and sadly, I know that if it did get passed, it would hardly be enacted as quickly as this stupid Department of Homeland Security. I swear we're all gonna die. I at least hope that President Bush's cowboy hat collection is one of the first things to be vaporized.
