I'm going to Puerto Rico for spring break. Or rather, for my sister's spring break since I'm still on perma-break. I'm only going because the trip will be subsidized by grandma, savings bonds, and tax refunds (yay for claiming 0!) (which reminds me I need to go finish that up). This beats the hell out of going anywhere in Florida. I'd rather go to... to... Ohio than go to Florida for Spring Break. Actually, that's not entirely true. I'd just stay home. And I'm probably going to Cleveland for St. Patrick's Day, so I obviously don't know what I'm talking about.
So now we don't have to worry about Emmles not having renewed her passport. And this addresses her "not hot enough" concerns with staying on the mainland (it was brought to my attention that Key West was very recently experiencing record lows of 47 degrees, poor babies). I hope they'll still stamp my passport.
Aw, hell, we're leaving three weeks from today. Only three weeks in which to lose a few more pounds. Only three weeks in which to schedule various personal grooming appointments (now might be time to take that Brazilian plunge). Only three weeks in which to decide how I will live without internet access for 7 days (there're internet cafes in PR, right?).

Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand...
No... blog... for... a... week? {{{sigh}}} I suppose Puerrrto Rrrrrico is more important that keeping me in my fix. I just wish I was going there with you - I could use a week in some warm climes right about now. I shouldn't complain though, since my family is currently getting pounded with 10 inches of snow.
No snow here, which is fine with me. And I'll do my darndest to keep the masses entertained while I'm gone, Kat. Wouldn't want you to go hungry.
SWEET! You're gonna have a blast
You know i'm just giving you crap. You go and have a fabulous time - as long as I can see pictures, I'm all good.
