And, what I like best about the 8 European nations that “signed an op-ed statement supporting the U.S. stand on Saddam and in effect asserting that Germany and France did not speak for Europe” is that Germany didn’t even know it was coming. After we find out France & Germany are ready to send peacekeeping troops without our knowledge. Whatever, dawg. *makes W with fingers and thumbs*
I hate having this feeling that I don’t know everything that’s going on overseas. Of course I’d rather we didn’t have to go to war. I hate that our troops may be having to give up their lives in this ridiculous mess. But when my friend who works for the Air Force tugs on his ear in the I Can’t Tell You What I Know gesture but says he can tell me that everything Colin Powell said to the U.N. was true… I just want to beat Saddam over the head with his own arm and be done with it. And can we drop some fancily wrapped baggies of poo over France & Germany on the flight home?
