Spring Fevah!!!

The temperatures are above freezing for the first time in three weeks here in the TC. I have the day off today, so I just went for my run in the 38° and sun. It was so nice to step outside and not immediately cringe and feel pain.

    It’s warm today, 40, feels like 33 and I’m kicking myself that I didn’t bring my biking gear.
