Do X or Y?

I like the concept of Doxory. You’ve got a situation/dilemma and two possible options. People weigh in on which they think is better. But folks ask some dumb ass questions. It’s not entertaining if you’re just asking stupid shit like what to have for dinner, or other questions that involve complete refusal to think for yourself.

That said, I posted a question about what to do about upgrading my iBook. So if you wouldn’t mind moseying on over and (signing up and) leaving your opinion, I’d appreciate it. The question won’t show up for the masses until it gets a few votes (anti-spam feature).

Try not to get too sucked in while you’re there.

There’s rumors of a 15.4″ Macbook (not pro) hitting shelve quarter two around the same time as the mac developer conference. Should push the price of the 13.3″ macbooks down. Or that’s what people are speculating.

Ooh, that’s good to know. When I was at the Apple store yesterday (needed something to protect my new iPod with) and considered going ahead and getting one when I get my bonus next week, but I really need to just be patient and save up (and wait for Leopard to come out).

It hit me that I could provide a link to said rumor: http://www.engadget.com/2006/10/27/apple-has-a-15-4-inch-macbook-in-the-oven/
