I can sing tenor….

When Fly Girl asked me if I wanted to go see the Twin Cities Women’s Choir concert, I checked ‘em out on the web before I agreed.

I thoroughly enjoyed their performance, and as we walked out of the concert, I declared, “I would totally love to do that!” This came as a surprise to FG. My glory days of high school choir are long past, but I can carry a tune. And I love this kind of stuff.

I’m only considering it because you don’t have to audition and participation is open to anyone who can show up and doesn’t totally suck. If/when my work schedule changes and I actually have evenings available, I’m totally gonna check them out at their next open rehearsal.

Go for it!!! There’s NOTHING around here for choir except a small group that decided not to have a spring season this year. I finally decided I wanted to go back to being in choir, and I now have to wait until September. :(
