Just the Facts, Ma’am

I am going to California one month from today.
There will be a hot tub.
I am back on the Slim-Fast diet.

I heard a great Slim-Fast recipe the other day: Pour the chilled shake into a blender, add a scoop of ice cream, and . . .

    ohhh hot tub fun!

    Ooh! How cool is that?

I am a Slim-Faster, myself. I know it doesn’t work for everyone, but some Slim-Fast and a little exercise will peel the poundage right off of me. Right now I’m into Dutch Chocolate with one Equal added, and I always use the powder-blender method. Hate those can thingees!

Also good – vanilla with strawberries, or a banana added. Mmm. Like dessert!

Swimsuit-related issues aside, I think if I spent one day in San Francisco, one day doing wineries, and the rest of the time in the hot tub, I’d be perfectly fine.

The Rich Chocolate Royale is my favorite and is delicious if you throw it in the blender with a banana. Too bad I’m out of bananas. And the blender has the remnants of my roommate’s morning protein shake in it. (He’s on a mission to up his muscle mass, you see. What is it with guys and “muscle mass”? Guess it’s not any different than me fussing over these saddlebags.)

    awww..
San Francisco is NOT San Diego. Although it is pretty cool. I suppose, if you like norCal or whatever.

Of course you’ll have to break the diet to indulge at the Ghiradhelli factory. You can’t resist the Foghorn Sundae!
