100 Push ups? Check.

Did I mention that we successfully completed the 100 push up challenge? That’s right.

I totally could not have done this if Missy didn’t do it with me. I think she’ll say the same. It was painful. It was difficult. But as the weeks got more and more difficult, there was not one time where we did not meet the goal. We may have only just met the goal on a few occasions, but we made it every time.

In fact, doing the hundred was kind of anti-climatic. In the couple of weeks leading up to it we were doing over 200 a day.

After that I went over a week without doing any.

I now do them occasionally, when I think of it. I can still knock off 30 with no problem. This calculator says that 44 push ups, for a woman my age, is “Excellent” so I’ve made that my new goal for whenever I do them.

100 push ups! Who’d have thunk?

Wow, that sort of makes my average of 20 look rather sad but now I have a goal!

I bow to you! That is a great accomplishment. I started the challenge and forgot all about it after day two. Maybe I should print off the charts and stick them in my exercise area so I don’t forget!

Dang. I think the last time I did a push up was in high school. I am shamed.

Congrats to you and Missy for taking the challenge!
