I went to the Detroit Shock first round playoff game against the Cleveland Rockers this afternoon.
The Shock lost. They didn’t rebound for shit. Right before the game they presented Bill Laimbeer with the Coach of the Year Award and Cheryl Ford with the Rookie of the Year Award. We might go again on Tuesday for Game 3. Thunder sticks are the best thing ever.
More importantly, Cheryl Ford looks just like her dad. And Helen Darling is so fine (and reminds me a lot of Dawn Staley, whom I also lurve).
