That Maroon 5 CD sounds soooooo good in the car. I knew it would, but wow. I’m disappointed in Jason Mraz. I had high hopes for the guy. He has a few songs that I really dig, but overall I wasn’t blown away, even in the car.
The car is my favorite place to listen to music. My sound system isn’t premium by any means, but it’s pretty good. And driving is the kind of activity that takes up just enough brain power that you can complete it successfully without detracting from your enjoyment of the music. Even though I’ve got a home theater system (which is currently not in use), I’ve never been able to use it to its full potential. And even then, I can’t think of a lot of things I’d do at home that would allow me to sit amongst the speakers and fully enjoy it.
